Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or returns on all custom-made spells. The ingredients used in these spells are costly, rare, and imported from various parts of the world. These ingredients are consumed by fire during ritual ceremonies and cannot be reused or resold. Consequently, no exchanges or store credits will be offered.
Guarantees
There are no guarantees of any kind within the spiritual realm, as it tends to be unpredictable at times. We make no promises nor do we guarantee miracles.
